CAV Strength was born out of a simple realization: the fitness journey shouldn't be hindered by exorbitant costs or limited equipment options. Founded by a dedicated father and fitness enthusiast, our story began amidst the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. As gyms closed and the world turned to home workouts, many, like us, faced the dilemma of staying fit without breaking the bank.
Noticing a gap in the market for affordable yet high-quality attachments for 2x2 power racks, we took it upon ourselves to bridge it. Our mission is to design and deliver durable, functional equipment that complements your home gym, ensuring you have everything you need to achieve your fitness goals.
But CAV Strength is more than just a brand; it's a legacy. The initials "CAV" represent my son’s name, and together, we’re building something he can be proud of. My goal is to leave him a brand that embodies hard work, dedication, and the pursuit of strength—values that I hope will inspire him as he grows.

- Usage Policy
The recommended usage of the CAV Strength Swiss Plate may vary depending on the lever arm manufacturer you are using. As for the plates themselves, each is designed to hold up to 80 lbs. It is strongly advised not to exceed this weight limit to avoid potential injury or damage.
Crafted from 1/4" steel, the plates are built to be robust and durable, but overloading them could compromise their integrity. Your safety is our top priority, and we encourage you to always play it safe. Get a solid workout in, but please do not push the limits by overloading the plates.
Important Note: Use these plates at your own risk. If you notice any parts that are broken or damaged, discontinue use immediately and contact us at cavstrengthllc@gmail.com. We’re here to help ensure your equipment is safe and functioning properly.
- Return Policy
Q: What is your return policy for CAV Strength products?
A: We offer a 10-day return policy starting from the date you receive the product. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange, provided the item is in like-new condition.
Q: How do I initiate a return?
A: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at cavstrengthllc@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your product. Be sure to include your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

A: The product must be in like-new condition, meaning it should show no signs of wear, damage, or use. It must also be returned in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

CAV Strength Swiss Plates
The plates themselves come with a lifetime warranty. However, this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and cannot be replaced if damaged due to regular use. If you encounter any issues with your plates, please send us an email at cavstrengthllc@gmail.com, and we will work with you to find a solution.
Other Miscellaneous Parts
The miscellaneous parts included with this product are subject to inspection if an issue arises. If you experience a problem, you may be asked to ship the part back to us so we can assess the situation and determine the best course of action. We’re committed to ensuring that you receive a functional and reliable product, and we’ll do our best to resolve any concerns.
